We understand LGBT+ & Faith can sometimes clash. They are both protected characteristics by the Equality Act. Our training to staff on supporting students includes information on how to support LGBT+ students of faith.

The Proud Trust created Faith In Yourself to have somewhere to hold young people’s stories, journeys and questions. It’s also somewhere to explore advice in navigating identity journeys for people who are LGBT+ and have religion, faith or belief.
