Pranjal has designed digital products and services with empathy focusing on users’ needs. He has four years of relevant work experience leading interdisciplinary teams with an exploration of human-machine relationships. He has led user research for products in the news, finance, and online education domain. He processes the in-depth experience of training complex customer needs into requirements to deliver features that provide competitive differentiation to the product. He is adept at understanding product requirements from technology, the customer, and the business point of view.
He did his masters in Human-Centred Design (HCD) from Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology, India. His undergraduate is in Electronics and Communications Enegerring (ECE), from Vellore Institute of Technology, India.
His area of interest lies in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW), Design research, Ethics and Algorithms.
