Undergraduate Programmes: 

We accept undergraduate applications from a range of curriculums including UEC schools. We also offer credit transfer for 2nd year entry on some courses, please contact us to check if you would be eligible.

Candidates are expected to have achieved one of the following:
• STPM with a minimum Average Grade 3.00 (B) awarded; with a SPM grade 6 or above in English (or equivalent).
• Pass UEC with minimum grade B in five subjects, not including Art, Chinese, Malay
• IB 32+ see course pages for exact details
• A Levels AAB – BBB – see course pages for exact details
• Diploma 2.75 (We accept direct applications for credit transfer into 2nd year entry only)

English Requirements for UG:
SPM 1119 6 / GCSE C / IB 5 / IELTS 6.0 – equivalent tests accepted

Postgraduate Programmes:  

Successful completion of a relevant Bachelors degree from a recognised institution with a minimum of a Second Class Lower Division or CGPA 2.75 awarded including an IELTS 6.5 with 6.0 in each part of the test (or equivalent).

Engineering Foundation Programme:

Candidates are expected to have achieved a SPM (grades 1 - 6 in lieu of GCSEs) with SPM grade 6 or above in English.

Swansea University International Scholarships

Swansea University offers a range of international scholarships to help the most talented and ambitious students to reach their potential. To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, you must have submitted an application to study at Swansea University as you will need your student number to complete the scholarship form.  

If you wish to be considered for a scholarship, it is advised that you should apply to Swansea University as soon as possible to avoid any possible delays.
