Welcome to Swansea!

At Swansea University a number of Zimbabwean students add to our thriving student community each year. In addition to Management and Economics our attractive programs in Public Health, Media Communication and Engineering are amongst the courses that offer great prospects to students who chose to return to Zimbabwe.

WHY CHOOSE SWANSEA?

Swansea is ranked in the UK Top 25 Universities (The Guardian University Guide 2023) and 86% of the University's overall research was rated as world-leading or internationally excellent (Research Excellence Framework 2021).

We are Ranked Top in Wales (The Guardian University Guide 2023) and are a dual campus University. Both of our campuses are set on seafront locations, close to the city centre with a good balance of student life and study environment.

Swansea has a low cost of living, with average rent prices 68% lower than London (Numbeo, 2023). We are also a UK Top 7 Safest City (Complete University Guide, 2024).

We provide students with support to achieve their academic excellence. Students can take advantage of services available through the Centre for Academic Success to improve their skills free of charge.

Our dedicated Employability Academy provides advice and access to jobs and work experience placements for our students and graduates.
