About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and developing team within Swansea University. Campus Operations support a wide number of facilities for our students, staff and visitors at the University’s Singleton Park and Bay Campuses. This is a multi-functional services role which includes working across teaching and conference facilities, manual handling duties, supporting Mail, Print, Grounds and Cleaning services, including outdoor working. Services are provided 7 days a week and working patterns will vary depending on business needs over any 5 days out of 7.
The post requires excellent customer services and communication skills. You will be part of a team working together to make a difference and continue to deliver high standards of service for our customers. You will be trained, supported and encouraged to continuously improve both your own professional standards and the standard of service that we provide.

Welsh Language Skills
The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 - A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
