Prof. David B. Clarke graduated with a BA (Hons) Geography (Frist Class) and a PhD from Manchester University. He is known for his contributions to the ‘cultural turn’ in Human Geography, including work on the consumer society, the cinematic city, and poststructuralist theory, with a particular focus on Jean Baudrillard. He has published in a diverse range of other topics, including the Holocaust, utopia and dystopia, value, popular culture, and the media.
