James is a Research Analyst with the UK MS Register at Swansea University. James obtained a MSc and BSc from University of Wales: Trinity Saint David and is currently performing corrections for a submitted PhD from Swansea University for “Data mining patterns of receptor-drug interactions across vast biological and chemical space”. James’ research focuses on the pre-processing, analysis and integration of data from a wide variety of sources (health informatics, biological and chemical repositories), and has experience in the application of machine learning tools for classifying or clustering similar instances of data. Past achievements include assisting with the development of a whole system drug discovery, drug repurposing and toxicity screening within the human body.
