Dr Yaonan Hou is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Swansea University. He is interested in semiconductor photonic devices and photonic integrated systems. His research themes focus on energy-efficient semiconductor photonic device design, fabrication, characterizations and integrations.
