Service online and working normally

System maintenance was completed successfully on Tuesday, 4 August 2026, between 6:00 am and 8:00 am. Access to the Learner Gateway (https://learner.swansea.ac.uk), its desktop client, the Student Records System (SITS), and its desktop client (https://evision.swansea.ac.uk) has been fully restored. All services are now available and operating as expected. If you encounter any issues, please contact the IT Service Desk at 01792 604000 or submit a ticket via the Service Centre Portal.
