Activities at The College
If you are interested in getting involved in sports and societies, Swansea University is the perfect university for you. The campus offers a wide range of recreational and sport facilities that you can use, including a gym, playing fields, sports halls and the 50-metre Welsh National Swimming Pool.
Being part of the 120+ sports and cultural societies while you are at Swansea University will open up many social and career opportunities for you. We encourage our students to participate in these activities as much as possible.
Students of The College have access to an extensive range of student facilities and services at Swansea University:
Students’ Union – Every Swansea University student is automatically a member of the Union. Your Students' Union exists to make sure you get the most out of your education and enjoy every aspect of University life whether that's by getting involved in societies or sports clubs and teams, meeting people at Union events, or socialising in Union venues. The Students’ Union is a democratic organisation that is independent of the University and students of The College have an opportunity to elect representatives to the Students Union.
Campus Life Departments:
International@CampusLife provides information and advice on non-academic matters, including immigration advice and services, to all international (non-UK) students and their dependants.
