Property Advertisement

Landlords and property agents can register on Studentpad, the number one property search engine for students looking for private accommodation in Swansea, to advertise available rooms, houses, flats, lodgings and properties within the Swansea area.

New Landlord Registration

New landlords can register for an account on Studentpad.

To set up your property, you will need to:

  1. Create your advert, inputting details on the price of the room(s) and when the property is available.
  2. Upload clear photographs of the property.
  3. Upload up to date gas and electricity (EICR) safety certificates.
  4. Upload an EPC for the property - this can be found here.
  5. Once the advert(s) have been submitted, payment will then be required.
