Academic Pre-sessional Courses

If you have an English Language condition in your university offer, or you need to prepare for academic study, join one of our pre-sessional courses. You can join any one of our pre-sessional courses either on campus in Swansea or online from your home country for September and January entry points into degree schemes.

Term 1 2026: April - August 2026 (20-/12-/10-/6-Week courses available)

Term 2 2026: September - December 2026 (12-/10-/6-Week courses available)

Enrolment will be open for all courses for one week only before the term dates. Teaching will start on the term dates, and students who have not yet enrolled will not be permitted to attend class.

**Applicants who fall short of entry requirements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

General English Summer Programme

Join us in July and August for our General English Summer Programme. The General English Summer Programme provides learners with a fun, interactive, and engaging way to learn and practise communicative English. Classes are taught in small groups of a similar level and different nationalities and there are weekly trips and social activities.
