Any international opportunity is subject to Swansea University’s international travel approval process, which is defined in the University’s International Travel Policy. Any financial commitments made before full travel approval is given will be at your own risk. You will be liable for these costs if you cannot participate.
- Complete the online Health Declaration Form
- Complete the Crisis24 online training
- This is the first stage of the international travel approval process.
- The training consists of 5 short online modules (about 1 hour total).
- Create an account using your Swansea email address: https://crisis24horizon.com/app/login
- Select E-Learning from the left-hand menu
- Complete the Personal Security Awareness Training
- After each module, you’ll receive a completion email. Forward all five emails to studyabroad@swansea.ac.uk.
Once complete, move on to Step 2 outlined below.
