Swansea University's Gender Pay Gap

At Swansea University, we are committed to ensuring fairness and equal opportunities for all our colleagues.

One of our priorities is to tackle the gender pay gap. We are proud to have reported a reduction in our gender pay gap for five years running. We are currently ahead of our own targets and the Higher Education benchmarks, making our rate of progress sector leading.

However, we know that there is still work to be done within our organisation, and in our industry as a whole. That’s why we actively look for ways to keep closing the gap and regularly monitor our progress, and being honest about how we measure up is important to us.
