Workshop Delivery For Postgrad Students And Lecturers

Reaching Wider are looking for postgraduate students to use their skills, knowledge and expertise to develop and deliver sessions based around their subject area for pupils in schools and colleges locally.

Reaching Wider aim to raise aspirations to HE and break down barriers to studying at Higher Education and with your help the sessions could really inspire the next generation. The work can include one-off sessions through to projects delivered over a series of weeks and you may teach in a wide range of environments, from local schools, on campus through to community group settings.

This is an exciting opportunity for postgraduate students to work on a range of paid projects and you will be supported in the development of the workshops/sessions to ensure they are suitable for the age group. This is an excellent way to get more involved in public engagement as well as an opportunity to develop transferable and career-enhancing skills.
