Analysis for Innovators (A4I) is led by Innovate UK in partnership with ASTUTE and other UK laboratories and research facilities. Its focus is to help individual companies solve existing tricky and, perhaps, long-running technical problems affecting processes, products, or services. It connects companies with the UK's top scientists and engineers to address these problems in innovative ways, resulting in increased productivity and competitiveness.
Expression of Interest and Application Process
STAGE 1: Expression of Interest
- Applicants are required to answer 3 questions about the problem they have that the project would address.
- The applicant must produce and submit a video (max. 2 minutes) that illustrates the problem.
THE BROKERAGE MEETINGS
- Successful applicants will be invited to meet with the delivery partners who have shown interest in solving the challenge at hand.
- Successful applicants from Stage 1 will be invited to make a full application for a grant-funded project through the IFS portal with support from their selected delivery partner.
