Professor David Pickernell, Director of the Research Institute in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the School of Management has been elected as the new Vice President of Research and Communities for the Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ISBE).
Professor Pickernell will immediately assume his duties, bringing his wealth of experience and expertise to the forefront, and will undertake responsibility for representing the research agenda of ISBE’s members. This crucial role also encompasses overseeing the Research and Knowledge Exchange (RAKE) programme, aimed at fostering new research projects among members. Additionally, he will be instrumental in supporting ISBE’s network of Research Groups and ensuring the quality of research presented at various forums, including the annual conference and other events.
