University of Bergamo

Programme dates: 30th June 2025 - 18th July 2025. Your programme must be completed by August 31st 2025 for funding purposes. Apply by the 30th May 2025.

Programme fee for 3 weeks - 600 Euros / £496 which includes:

• cultural activities 
• recreational activities 

Not included in the programme fee:

• Flights 
• Accommodation

 Students may need to pay additional costs which are not outlined above. All of the above figures are estimates and are subject to change.

Funding available:

• £1000 - for non-WP students
• £1300 - for widening participation students

FUNDING IS LIMITED! FUNDING APPLICATION DEADLINE FRIDAY 9TH MAY 2025. 

You are responsible for making all payments required directly to the programme provider. It is your responsibility to confirm cancellation and refund policies with your programme provider and your travel provider.

You will receive the first instalment of your funding when you arrive overseas.

You will receive the second instalment of your funding at the end of your summer programme.

If you fail to participate in the entire programme, you will be required to return any funding received. You remain liable for any financial commitments you make to your chosen programme before funding confirmation and travel approval are confirmed

FUNDING IS LIMITED!

• Apply for funding via the Go Global team by completing our online application. 
  FUNDING APPLICATION DEADLINE FRIDAY 9TH MAY 2025.
• We will review your eligibility for funding and send you confirmation.
• At the same time, you can apply to the  University of Bergamo programme, you will need to do this directly through their website. 
• You will not receive any funding until you have arrived in Italy so, please factor this into your budgeting.
