Foundation Years at Swansea University

A Foundation Year is a full-time programme that lasts for one year. This year will equip you with essential knowledge and skills in areas such as:

• As well as developing your communication skills to a Higher Education level, to get you ready for your undergraduate degree.

What is a Foundation Year?

A Foundation Year is a programme that combines academic study with practical skills development. On completion of a Foundation Year, you will have guaranteed progression onto an undergraduate degree.
