Our Swansea University estate boasts two vibrant seafront campuses – the Bay and Singleton Park.

Our experienced team are committed to delivering excellent estate and facilities management services, and offering an outstanding experience to our diverse community of students, staff and campus visitors.

As well as managing, maintaining and developing the University estate, and providing a safe, sustainable and secure environment for learning and research, we also offer a range of on campus services including student residences, sports, catering, cultural and events facilities, that everyone, including the local community, and visitors can enjoy.
