Course Details
This module supports you to deepen your critical understanding of the knowledge and skills required to lead and manage people in complex clinical environments. You will explore how to develop capacity and capability in your team through performance enabling techniques, and how to work effectively with interprofessional colleagues. Throughout the module you will strengthen both your theoretical insight, and your enhanced practice-based skills in leadership, management and collaborative working.

This is a work-based learning module. Students will undertake learning within their employed place of work. Academic supervision is provided at the request of the student – up to 50 minutes per month for the duration of the module. Action learning sets are offered as one 90 minute session per month.
