Course Details

This module supports you in exploring a range of change management approaches and evaluating how they can be applied to create meaningful quality improvements in your practice context. You will critically examine established models of change, consider their relevance to your own professional context, and develop the confidence to plan, implement and sustain change within your service. Through critical analysis and reflection you will build the skills and knowledge needed to lead effective change that enhances the quality and impact of care.

This is a work-based learning module. Students will undertake learning within their employed place of work. Academic supervision is provided at the request of the student – up to 50 minutes per month for the duration of the module. Action learning sets are offered as one 90 minute session per month.
