More than a decade ago, Ince established a Prize that awards the top Swansea LLM student. This year the Prize winner was Filippos Mentis, who collected his Prize from the Senior Global Partner of Ince, Mr Julian Clark, at Ince’s offices in London.
Filippos, originally hails from Greece, and at Swansea studied Admiralty Law, Charterparties: law and Practice, Carriage of Goods by Sea, Land and Air and Marine Insurance, as part of his LLM degree in International Maritime Law achieving a distinction grade in all of his taught modules. At the Ceremony, Filippos was accompanied by Associate Professor Leloudas and Dr Tabetha-Kurtz Shefford, two elite members of the Swansea LLM teaching team.
Speaking after the event Dr Kurtz-Shefford, the Deputy Director of Shipping & Trade LLM Degrees, said:
