As of 1st September 2013, sections 11, 19 and 45 of the Freedom of Information Act have been amended as a result of the passing of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. The amendment affects the way in which datasets must be made available, whether disclosed following a Freedom of Information request or published proactively.
