Meet the MyUni Library Team

The MyUni Library Team are the first point of contact for all library enquiries. We are a friendly, inclusive team dedicated to understanding the needs of all library users. All our services are offered in Welsh and English.

We care about your experience of using library services and aim to continually improve our facilities and service provision. Your feedback is welcomed and valued.

Where are we?

You can visit us in person at the MyUni Library Desk at Bay Library and Singleton Park Library during our staffed opening hours.

We also provide remote support via email, chat, phone, and our Library Help Desk. Our contact details can be found on our Contact the Library page.

Please be aware that whilst most of our work is done on campus, some calls may be handled by staff working remotely.
