The University has been successful in retaining the HR Excellence in Research Award following a 12 year review
‘I am delighted that our longstanding commitment to developing early career researchers has been recognised by the retention of the European Commission’s HR Excellence in Research Award.
Many congratulations to all who have contributed to this success and a particular thank you to members of the Research Innovation Staff Working Group who continue to oversee the delivery of the Concordat Action Plan for Research Staff.
Our researchers are crucial to the excellence of our research. As we look to the future, and through our commitments that are articulated in the updated Concordat, we pledge to continue our focus on our supportive and inclusive research culture further enabling our talented researchers to flourish.’
