Based on the Singleton Park Campus, residents have the convenience of being close to lectures and the excitement of being in the middle of student life. All Singleton residences are within walking distance of the park, Swansea Bay Sports Park, Swansea Bay and Singleton Hospital.
Living on Singleton Park Campus is a popular choice with first year, returning, international, Medical, and postgraduate students.
Singleton Park Campus is where you will find the School of Culture and Communication, School of Social Sciences, School of Health and Social Care, School of Psychology, School of Biosciences, Geography and Physics, the Medical School and Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law. Students studying any subjects can live on Singleton Park Campus and there are frequent direct busses between campuses.
Singleton Park residences offer a choice of en-suite or standard accommodation (with shared bathrooms) as well as adapted rooms. All flats have shared kitchens with some residences offering a catering allowance. We also have Welsh Language flats on site which are popular with Welsh speaking students looking to live with fellow Welsh speakers.
