We’d like to take a moment to step back and appreciate the tremendous support from our alumni, staff, students, partners and friends who have made such generous contributions towards our COVID-19 Response Fund. We have been overwhelmed by the response and delighted with the commitment you have shown to Covid-19 research and student hardship at Swansea. Thanks to such generosity, the fund is already making a huge difference, helping those who need it most, in a crisis which has already seen hundreds of students apply for emergency financial assistance and provide our world-class academics with the tools to carry out crucial research exploring several areas relating to Covid-19.
We hope the Swansea family will continue to pull together as we fight against the disease.
