Hadar has spent her post-doctoral career in management and health studies holding posts in Cardiff, Bristol and Lancaster. Before joining academia she worked as an employment specialist, helping people with disabilities and health conditions return to work.
Her research focusses on the workplace experiences of people with invisible disabilities, especially mental health conditions, in the contemporary organisation. She is passionate about studying how these conditions are being addressed in the workplace and is keen to explore the individual experience in these context across workplace settings.
Her published work includes both academic and professional publications and covers a variety of subjects from organisational and personal identities, mental wellbeing, critical management studies and invisible health condition at work.
