Manylion y Cwrs
This module provides covers the key concepts of holistic care and considers the processes involved in holistic assessment and care. The importance of team working will also be explored, as well as skills required to support patients and their families.
This module aims to prepare students to work safely and effectively in band 4 roles. Students will have an increased understanding of holistic care and multi-disciplinary team working within their clinical environment and will develop their understanding of decision making in clinical practice.
